Goals

An essential point is the goal. Everybody needs a goal when learning. It´s important to discuss in the classroom, what the common goals of the group are. What are the abilities they are keen on, and how can it help in ones learning process. When the teacher knows the student’s goal and his/her most accurate abilities, it’s much easier to plan a term and its contents, so that the objectives will be clearer and the learning problems can be predicted.
More than ever the companies are looking for employees that has horizontal skills like solving problems and group work skills. Maybe starting an English course with that in mind can help people to improve their way to face life and its current dynamic.
